  • Payment for all websites is made in advance or monthly (conditions apply*) over a 1 year period.
  • All websites include a 30 day money back guarantee.
  • All websites include an acknowledgement link to 21° Degrees Ltd (placement is negotiable).
  • All changes in the first 2 weeks of owning your website are done free of charge.

Google Apps Websites

The Google application toolkit, like all web applications, is constantly being updated and improved. This may require you to update and change your content and/or repair minor layout changes. You are responsible for your own website maintenance. If you are unable to do so 21° is happy to provide technical support on an hourly basis.

There is no additional back-up service other than that offered by Google so you are encouraged to copy all content to a local computer and we strongly suggest that you make an additional copy (on CD, flash drive, another desktop, or elsewhere) to ensure the availability of the files.

Hosted Websites

  • 21° make every attempt to retain weekly backups of your website. However, as with any data storage systems, backups can fail. We encourage you to perform your own backups.
  • 21° is not responsible for any damages to your content, website or other damages, malfunctions or service interruptions caused by you, or by anyone you may have provided access to administer your website.
  • 21° cannot guarantee that the contents of your website will never be deleted or corrupted, or that a back-up of a website will always be available. You should always copy all content of your website to a local computer and we strongly suggest you make an additional copy (on CD, flash drive, another desktop, or elsewhere) to ensure the availability of the files.
  • 21° is responsible for the general maintenance of your hosted website in the respect of upgrading software and templates if and when available.

*The monthly payment option incurs an additonal 20% of the full price.
Payments must be set up as an Automatic payment. Defaulting on the payment will result in the website being taken off-line.
